This application helps us get to know you as a person, not just as an applicant.

We would like to understand your experience with children, your personality, your interests, your expectations and the kind of host family in which you are most likely to feel happy and comfortable. The more we know about you, the better we can find a family that truly matches your strengths and expectations.

 

Every aupair we represent takes part in a personal interview and assessment before being introduced to a host family. This allows us to recommend you only to families that we believe are a good fit for you, rather than asking you to contact many different families yourself.

 

Once we have found a suitable host family, we will arrange a video call so that you can get to know each other. This gives both you and the family the opportunity to ask questions and decide whether you would like to start your aupair journey together.

If both sides agree, we will guide you through the entire process. We will help you prepare for your visa appointment, explain what to expect in Germany and support you before your departure.

 

Our support does not end when you arrive in Germany. Through our Trusted Start programme, we continue to support you during your first weeks with your host family, helping you settle into your new home, understand your new surroundings and build a successful relationship with your host family.

 

Our placement service is completely free of charge for aupair. Our goal is not simply to place you with any family, but to help you find the family where you can feel welcome, develop personally and enjoy a successful and rewarding aupair experience.
